GET TO KNOW SEED CANADA
A chance to learn.
A foundation to grow.
SEED stands for Support for Educational and Economic Development.
We are building a Canadian organization around a simple belief: access to education and everyday stability can help people move forward.
Our purpose is to advance education for learners in financial need and relieve poverty in developing nations such as India.
OUR BEGINNING
New in Canada. Clear in purpose.
SEED Canada Charitable Association (SCCA) was federally incorporated on August 12, 2026. We are developing our initial programs with education and support for widows, orphans and families at the centre.
01 / WHO WE ARE
Canadian nonprofit
A federally incorporated not-for-profit organization with its own board and governance.
02 / WHERE WE ARE STARTING
Two priorities
Education for learners in financial need, and poverty relief for widows, orphans and families.
03 / HOW WE ARE GROWING
Our own progress
We will share Canada-specific program and financial updates as our operations develop.
OUR FIRST PRIORITIES
Learning and stability belong together.

Education opens doors.
Our education purpose focuses on children, youth and learners experiencing poverty, low income or financial need.
Our initial focus includes scholarships, bursaries, books, equipment and educational assistance, including post-secondary and vocational learning.

Stability supports a future.
Widows, orphans and families facing hardship are part of our initial poverty-relief focus.
Our purposes include basic necessities such as food, clean water, clothing and shelter in developing nations such as India.
Connected by purpose.
Governed in Canada.
